In 1988, while the market for traditional upholstery is in steady decline with major furniture
retailers offering furniture at very low prices, the company executives decides to start up on
the medical sector.
Several meetings brought the brothers Meunier-Carus to the development and manufacturing
of the first orthodontics chairs.

In 2009, Christophe Simon took over the reins of the company by providing
